Kohler

This project for Kohler was designed to simplify the process of finding replacement parts by using a visual, category-based selection system. The goal was to let customers identify the correct part by browsing images of their products rather than navigating complex part numbers and catalogs. The process focused on creating an intuitive, mobile-friendly interface that allowed users to quickly drill down through product categories while standing in front of the item they needed to repair. The result was an accessible, streamlined tool that made part identification faster and more accurate across all devices.
